What is Mind Body Coaching?
Mind-body coaching is a holistic approach that focuses on empowering individuals and groups actualization of potential and embodied transformation. Mind-Body coaching is grounded on the emerging scientific understanding that thoughts, emotions and beliefs can have a direct impact on physical health, physical responses, performance and vice-versa. Body scan, mindfulness, breath work, movement meditation are associated with nervous system regulation.
Challenge
So many individuals are running around, disconnected from their bodies. We tend to be overworked and overstressed, finding little or no time to make ourselves a priority. Eventually, we forget to breathe, become stiff in the body and the mind, experience mental, emotional and physical stress, exhaustion and underperformance.
